Customer service was good. I had a question and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated, and the person I spoke with was polite and easy to deal with. That said, I did feel a little misled by the info I had seen before reaching out, so I wish things had been clearer from the start. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, and I’d consider ordering again.

The site looks really good and I do like the modern, clean style. It doesn’t feel overdone, which is nice. But whoever set up some of the pages made them way more annoying to browse than they needed to be. The design is solid overall, but the navigation issues are frustrating.

A friend recommended it to me, so I decided to give it a try, but I still feel a bit unsure about how legit it is. Something about the authenticity felt questionable, and when I reached out to support, their response didn’t really clear things up for me

My order was straightforward, but based on this one experience, Vaulted Collection seems like a solid value. The price felt fair, and I didn’t get the sense that anything was marked up too much. If I needed something similar again, I’d be fine ordering from them.

I really wanted to like this because it looked great online, but once it arrived, it felt disappointing. The material feels cheaper than I expected, and the stitching is noticeably off in a couple spots. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but for the price, I definitely expected better quality. I’ve already reached out about it and I’m hoping they actually address the issue, because this doesn’t feel like it matches what was advertised.

I ordered from vaultedcollection.com the item arrived in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much about the actual product. Everything looked fine when it finally got here.
That said, the shipping felt slower than I was expecting, and the tracking updates were kind of dragging too. I was mildly annoyed for a while—and then, weirdly, I just stopped caring and was like, okay cool, it’s here. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest. I’d maybe order again, but only if I’m not in any hurry

My order just wasn’t right, which was really frustrating. I ordered one specific item, and what showed up was something totally different.
At first I thought maybe I missed something, but no—no, it was clearly not what I picked on the site. It wasn’t a tiny mix-up or a slightly different version, it was just the wrong item.

I reached out to get it fixed, and the whole thing felt slow and not very helpful. I just wanted the correct order sent to me without a bunch of back and forth, so yeah, annoying experience overall.

My order showed up in this really thin box with almost no padding inside, so by the time it got to me the corners were all crushed and the item looked like it had been rattling around the whole trip. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “Sorry it arrived that way, we’ll pass the feedback along,” which was nice enough, but still a bit frustrating. For what I paid, I expected much better packaging.

It was fine for the most part, but shipping took a little longer than I expected.

I was able to find what I was looking for, so I guess the site does the job. The pages seemed to load a bit slowly for me, and the filters weren’t totally obvious at first, unless I just missed something. Checkout was straightforward though. Overall, it’s not bad, but I feel like it could definitely be a little easier to use.

I ordered the wrong size and thought the exchange was going to be a hassle, but it wasn’t at all. They swapped it quickly, and the return label was super simple to use. Definitely smoother than I expected.
